TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Siren Yachts, operated by Yacht NYC, LLC (“Siren Yachts”), provides private yacht charters subject to the following terms.
By booking, you agree to these conditions.

 

Reservations & Payment

A reservation is secured upon receipt of deposit and written confirmation.
The remaining balance is due prior to departure unless otherwise arranged.

 

Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable.

For cancellations:

• More than 14 days prior: credit issued toward a future charter

• Within 14 days: full charter value is forfeited

Credits may be applied within one calendar year, subject to availability.

 

Weather

Charters operate in most weather conditions.

In the event of unsafe conditions, as determined by the captain, your charter will be rescheduled or issued as a credit. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations.

 

Captain’s Authority

The captain has full authority over the vessel, guests, and itinerary at all times.

Failure to follow crew instructions or any behavior deemed unsafe may result in termination of the charter without refund.

 

Guest Conduct

We maintain a refined onboard environment.

Siren Yachts reserves the right to end any charter early if guest behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the experience. No refunds will be issued.

 

Capacity

All charters must comply with U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

Private charters aboard Siren are limited to a maximum of 12 guests unless otherwise specified on a different vessel.

 

Food & Beverage

Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages onboard.

Siren Yachts may also arrange catering and bar service. These items are provided at cost plus a service margin.

We reserve the right to restrict items that may damage the vessel.

 

Alcohol Policy

Guests choosing to bring alcohol onboard do so at their own discretion.

Siren Yachts and crew reserve the right to limit or discontinue alcohol service to any guest at any time for safety.

 

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included unless specified.

A customary gratuity of 15–20% for the crew is appreciated and may be added at your discretion or included in advance upon request.

 

Timing

Charters begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced time onboard without extension or refund.

 

Docking & Location

Boarding locations are confirmed prior to your charter and may vary based on availability and operations.

Siren Yachts reserves the right to adjust departure or arrival locations as needed.

 

Vessel Substitution

Siren Yachts reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vessel if necessary due to operational or mechanical considerations.

 

Damage

The chartering party is responsible for any damage caused by guests.

Costs associated with repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning will be charged accordingly.

 

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Siren Yachts is not liable for lost or damaged items.

 

Accessibility

Our vessels are private yachts and may require stepping aboard.

Guests with mobility considerations should contact us in advance so we can best assist.

 

Force Majeure

Siren Yachts is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, mechanical issues, or governmental restrictions.

 

Media

We may capture imagery for promotional use.
If you prefer privacy, please notify us in advance.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
